Ayodele has provided legal advisory services to several companies, consortia and project sponsors. He has also been involved in several commercial and energy related transactions.
His employment history includes serving as Partner & Chair of the Energy and Natural Resources Practice Group of Bloomfield Law Practice, senior consultant at United Kingdom DfID, senior associate and team lead at Banwo & Ighodalo and other distinguished roles at several prestigious institutions. Furthermore, teaches at the Centre for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law, University of Ibadan.
Ayodele is also an entrepreneur, businessman and investor who is an investor in, owner or co-owner of a number of companies including Harvmoney, Harvest Recycling, Comflo and Cleofan Oil and Gas Limited.
Adetola Ayodele-Oni
Adetola is an excellent lawyer with expertise in both contentious and non-contentious matters with core areas of practice covering real estate, family law, matrimonial matters, company secretariat advisory amongst others and is the managing partner at Karren Walters Attorneys. Adetola has provided advisory services to several companies, consortia and high net worth individuals. She has also been involved in several commercial transactions.
Her employment history includes serving as Managing Partner of Karren Walters Attorneys having worked in a few other firms.
Adetola is also an entrepreneur, business person and investor who is also the co-owner of Harvmoney, a micro-lending institution.
